    Kambo F. Mwangi, Esq. is based in Boston, Massachusetts. Attorney Mwangi has extensive experience in the areas of business law and Massachusetts family law. He has practiced law for over ten years. Unlike most other lawyers, Mr. Mwangi is both a litigator and a counsellor. Mr. Mwangi is admitted to practice before the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

    J Ryan, Esq. Smith is based in New York City. His practice focuses entirely on transactional work in the entertainment industry, and more particularly, on the film, television, publishing, music, and sports industries. Mr. Smith was hired directly out of law school as Director of Administration and Counsel for the National Football League’s Jacksonville Jaguars. He then entered private practice, first practicing corporate law at one of the top twenty law firms in the country as ranked by revenue by the American Lawyer, then specializing more specifically in entertainment law at one of New York City’s largest and most respected entertainment law firms.

    During his career, Mr. Smith has represented well-known production and distribution companies, as well as top producers, directors, writers, and performers. Mr. Smith is also an accomplished public speaker in the area of entertainment law, having participated as a panelist and moderator on a wide range of entertainment industry panels. Mr. Smith is a graduate of Columbia University School of Law and Syracuse University. He is admitted to the bar in New York and Florida.

    Jonathan J. Lee. Mr. Lee was previously Chief Financial Officer of Gravity Co., Ltd. - a Nasdaq listed company. Prior to Gravity, he was Visiting Professor of International Law, Hanyang University (Seoul). He has worked in private equity as a Vice President of AsiaNet (Seoul/Hong Kong) and as an investment banker with Wasserstein Perella & Co. (New York). Mr. Lee also practiced M&A law and executed debt and equity public offerings with the international law firm of Linklaters & Alliance (New York).

    Mr. Lee received a B.S. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

    Sanon Lezeau, CPA. Previously employed by Arthur Andersen LLP and Fortune 500 companies, Mr. Lezeau has an extensive background in financial management, tax, audit and small business consulting. During his career, Mr. Lezeau has been called upon to consult with clients on business & control solutions, cost reductions programs, tax and accounting matters, implementation of ERP software, and day-to-day business operational issues.

    Mr. Lezeau earned an accounting degree from Boston College in 1992. He became a CPA in Massachusetts in 1995 and earned his MBA from Boston University in 1999. He is currently also licensed as a CPA in Florida. Sanon Lezeau is prepared to deal with the tax, accounting and day-to-day operational issues faced by individual and small businesses.
